Opera CEO going for swim

I noticed in several news reports that Opera announced on their Web site that their CEO will go for a swim if 1 million downloads are reached. I can't find a counter that says how many people have downloaded so far. Does anyone know where I can find this?

I believe they said they are going to post the final download count for the four days on Monday. My guess is you won't find a counter anywhere on the Opera site. It'll have to be from some other server that tracks the traffice on their site, maybe?

They had 1.050.000 downloads, he went for a swim, but the raft of the PR manager (who made the statement public in the first place, and therefor decided to row beside the CEO) was punctured, so no more swimming.

It's up to you to decide wether that was the plan all along, or if Jon would actually swim the distance.

I kinda wondered what they were going to do with the situation. I figured it was just a PR stunt to get a large number of downloads. I think it would be interesting to know how many of the poeple that downloaded it are actually using. I wouldn't use it, but thought about downloading it just to count towards the million mark. The actual "swim" that they posted on their website seems a little contrived to me.
