I recently installed Ubuntu (Hoary Hedgehog) on my iBook, and when I start the computer, it says Xserver could not be configured, and than it presents me with a command line, anyone know what to do?

I'd recommend seeing what yellow dog recommends to do about your X11 configuration. Or search on the Ubuntu forums for it, related to ibooks.

Btw. I don't mean switch to Yellow Dog. I just mean do your X configuration similar to how they recommend if possible.

as superuser I'd do:
export PATH=$PATH:/usr/X11R6/bin
xorgconfig
<answer all the questions, google your monitors horiz and vert refresh rates>
and then do (as regular user)
startx
Then I'd bask in the glory of TWM.
Far too few people appreciate what a welcome sight TWM can be.
