I am currently running an old version of sendmail on an old version of FreeBSD. Its time to rebuild. So I am hunting a new setup and came here for some advice. I need only handle email for about 200 users. 3 domains. I would love to tie it into some sort of Spam filter and Virus Filter as well as something on the server that can do web based email. This servers is not sharing roles so I can dedicate the whole box for this. Any ideas and advice would be greatly appriciated fellas. TIA.

My first advice is to drop fetchmail. Worst (imho) MTA available and bugg-ridden/security-flawed to the max.
Use Qmail or Postfix.
I have a how-to for a basic setup for postfix including virus scanning and spam-filtering (popfile) on my website (link in sig).

Lots of people are mentioning postfix. Ill found your How-To and will read over it - so thanx. I am not familuar with Postfix at all - does it do it all as they say?
yes, it is a very good (and easy to set up) MTA.

Did alot of reading and I am will be going with postfix. What I also want to do is be able to give my users web access to thier email. What software would you recomend for that. Also still looking for anti-v and anti-spam solutions.

i have it here
also - i have global anti-spam and anti-virus on my setup if you read my little blurb on it on my web site
i am using f-prot for antivirus but i hear clamav is good as well

Gto Drake Build - pretty lean (not my final build) Got postfix configured with the basic settings - but its not working. I can't connect to any of the net services. I checked the hosts.allow and deny files - good to go there. network cards are setup fine - can ping out and surf the web. I can even connect to webmin. But nothing else. Cant ping it and cant test mail server.
Any Clues.
