Together with my new notebook I have also invested in a 100% Wi-Fi solution at home. I have purchased he following gear:

Zyxel ZyAIR G-100
Zyxel ZyAIR G-220
+ one internal Intel Pro 2200BG Wireless Card

Everything is connected thru an:
Zyxel ZyAIR G-2200

What distro has the best wireless support from "scratch"?

I have'nt tried any distro yet but there's time to perform some "clean up" the lappy now :-)

PS I have also bought a Epson Wireless printserver but that case is most likely to end up at Epson support :-) :-) ... can't print a single line :-(

I'm not familiar with your particular hardware, as I use D-Link, but I assume it's all .11G. That being the case, there's probably not any distro that will support it natively. However, getting wireless up and running is not as big a deal as it used to be, and there are a number of threads to that effect.
I just finished getting a D-Link DWL-G630 card running on my wife's Dell laptop and the details are here. (http://www.justlinux.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=138665)

What this means is that you can pretty much pick your distro based on what you have maybe used before and/or are most comfortable with, and then go ahead and get your wireless working on it.

My little project took place on Slackware 10.1, and I was very pleased with the results.
