Cisco 350 PCI monitoring

I am running the best Linux Distro Slackware. :-)

My problem is that I can not get any of my wireless utils to work properly because of the monitering mode with this Cisco card (Cisco 350 PCI). This is what I have tried so far

Dudes please help, I have tried searching the net and have read many manuals. If Cisco is not a good card to use to for wireless sniffing then please let me know. Thanks

There is a linux version of the aironet client utility (the cisco 350 is a rebranded airnet card)
