I've been trying to update the Buffalo Link Station so that it can run on a Windows 2003 Active Directory Domain. I got rpm on there and have been installing packages installed that way. So far it seems like everything is working except for one error message that I'm getting.
"error while loading shared libraries: libpam.so.0: cannot enable executable stack as shared object requires: Error 14"
I got pam-0.75-48a.ppc.rpm from the yellow dog 3.0 release. I worked my way up installing the dependincies and getting GlibC 2.3.3, GCC 2.3.3, and some other programs installed. Now when I try to telnet to the unit I get the previous error message.
The unit is running: 2.4.17_mvl21-sandpoint kernel.
I believe its a distro of Vine Linux.
If anyone has any suggestions let me know.
