How do you uninstall Dropline Gnome. I used the dropline-installer. I would like to take it off of my machine.

Thx,

William

I have no answer but beware that dropline installs and uses pam authentification. If you uninstall it without reinstalling original packages you might have troubles logging in again.

You should ask on dropline forums.

If you run the dropline-installer from a terminal there is an option to uninstall the software.

jme@angel:~$ dropline-installer

Do you get a "command not found"? Dropline includes its own X packages. Maybe those have been uninstalled as well.
You might need to redownload those (use lynx, links, ncftp, lftp, mc or plain ftp as you prefer) or take them from your install CD.

Well, so far I have had to reinstall gnome, & KDE, & other libraries. I am still missing some files like libgnet-2.0.so.0.. Where would I get that?
Oh, had to reload alsa lib files also.
I am not for sure what libgnet-2.0.so.0 is. Maybe something to do with my edonkey-gui program.
Anyway, thanks for everybodys help.

Thx,
William
