I'm looking to replace Nautilus with Rox in Gnome, as I use it heavily with Fluxbox on my laptop, but I've two thing blocking me that Googling hasn't turned up yet:
Is it possible to replace Nautilus (I understand how deeply one is integrated with the other) with Rox as the default file manager for Gnome?
In the List view in Rox, can I somehow stop it showing file information (permissions, creation date, etc), as it causes the window to take up half the screen on folders such as my home one.
