How to create a bootable cd-rom?

Warning: uber n00b question

I downloaded the SW10 isos. Do I just burn the isos onto CDRs or do I need to do something special to make the first disk bootable?

Welcome, and have you ever considered searching these forums first - as explained in our Posting Guidelines (sticky threads at the top of every forum)?

In short, burn the *.iso files in your favorite program by selecting "Create CD from Image" (or the likes in your program).
