sendmail seems to take forever to delivery its mails. usually from 10 - 30 min, sometime takes up to a full day but once in a while it does send the mail in less than 30 seconds... locally sendmail does the job very fast, this only happen when i send email to the internet...
i'm running sendmail 8.12.11
btw i disabled all my firewall to test sendmail, still the same result..
here is a sample from my log....

when i look at /var/spool/mqueue i noticed that alot of msgs still laying around here...
one more thing..
what happen here? Connection reset by idcmail-mx1so.cg.shawcable.net.
