Have you looked at ndiswrapper or Linuxant.com for the wireless card? And I'm sure Suse can use the proprietary nvidia driver, and has drivers for the sound card. You can use either or both with a little work.

Chaces are you're not going to find native Linux drivers for your wireless card. However, you can get ndiswrapper and use the Windows drivers with that.
Check it out here:

yes, and if the ndiswrapper is unable to work then, www.linuxant.com has a $20 driverwrapper that you can use for free for 30 days.

I'd try ndiswrapper first. I'm not sold (no pun intended) on the idea of paying $20 simply to make a piece of hardware that YOU bought work. Even for the free trial of Linuxant, you have to give up a ton of information that is none of their business. Grrr...
From what I've seen, people have had a lot of success with ndiswrapper. Just search for it on the forums and I'm sure you'll find what you need to get everything running.

For copyright reasons (or something like that) SuSE doesn't ship the 3d-enabled nvidia driver with their distro. It's really easy to get, though. Just fire up YaST, go to Online Update, and run the the fetchnvidia script. It will download and install the nvidia driver all by itself. Then run SaX2 to and enable 3d acceleration to use the new driver.
