You may want to read through the game forum there and see what kind of luck people have had with it. Based on the number of people who seem to want it working under WineX/Cedega, I would guess that there is no Linux port of the game, so I think this is the only route open to you. Icarus 08-13-2004, 04:18 PM No and Yes...it was made for Windows only WineX users have had mild success with running it http://www.transgaming.com/gamepage.php?gameid=1060 xlilo 08-13-2004, 04:20 PM i did try it with wine x but it did have problems starting up the game, but quake 3 arena is ok to run on linux isent it? cybertron 08-13-2004, 04:39 PM Yep, there is a Linux version of that. xlilo 08-13-2004, 04:42 PM cool thanks mate, do you know were i can download: kernel-source-2.4.22-10mdk.i586.rpm ? for my nvidia driver? hard candy 08-13-2004, 05:09 PM From the Mandrake site. cybertron 08-13-2004, 05:23 PM Originally posted by hard candy From the Mandrake site. Or it should be on your install disks. Try the Mandrake Control Center under Software Management (or something to that effect, I forget what it is exactly in 9.x). xlilo 08-13-2004, 05:26 PM ye, i forgot about that, thanks mate justlinux.com
