Well, Im absolutely in love with APT4RPM but Id like the power that it has in a Debian-based distro. At the same time, I love the hand-holding that SuSE's YAST offers.

Whats my best option for a Debian-based distro with graphical configuration tools for Samba, partitioning, X, hardware configuration, etc...

I dont expect any other distro to offer as much graphical hand-holding a SuSE does, thats what makes SuSE what it is, but how far can I go? I want to keep it open, so no Linspire please.

Knoppix (http://www.knopper.net/knoppix/index-en.html) and Knotix (http://kanotix.com/files/kanotix/) are both debian based with excellent GUI based config tools.

Libranet looks great, downloading it now.

Whats the difference between Knotix and Knoppix? They look almost identicle to me. Anyone have experience with these? I know Knoppix is pretty popular.
