half tansparent windows

Is there any window manager where you can use half transparent windows? I'd like to have my windows half transparent when I move the mouse off the window.

I'm pretty sure that waimea (http://www.freedesktop.org/Software/waimea) can do this. You should also read this article: http://freedesktop.org/Software/TranslucentWindows -- good luck. I seem to remember a slashdot post about an X server that allowed one to have windows of variable opacity, but I can't seem to find the link right now.
