Is this possible?

Well, in the same way how I told you to do it in this thread (http://www.justlinux.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=96279)...
man wmsetbg for the details, I've heard that it works for FluxBox.

I think wmsetbg is a part of Window Maker, I'm not sure though.

use fbsetbg which is Fluxbox's version and works the same way

Look through the Fluxbox Documentation (http://fluxbox.org/docbook.php) for how to use it

You might be able to configure one of them.No guarantees from here though. :D

You know, I was just looking around cause I'm configuring my fluxbox, and I found (at the fluxbox site), this: Fluxspace (http://www.fluxbox.org/docbook/en/html/sect-fluxspace.html)

Don't know if you already saw it or it's not what you want, but I didn't see it meantioned, so I thought that I'd give ya a shout.

Hope it helps!!

Good find Rinias :D from the page thats linked..........

What Can It Do Now?

* Add per-workspace desktop icons and panels to Fluxbox by integrating tools like Rox Filer and Idesk.
* Decorate each workspace with different wallpaper.
* Manage your startup applications.
* Automatically start and stop applets as you enter and leave workspaces, allowing each workspace to have its own unique tools and dockapps.

Have you tried out Fluxkeys to bind your keys? It's a program that you'll need to start up when you log into fluxbox. But, it works very well.

I like a little program called chbg with flux box. It will auto change the backgrounds on all desktops every xx minutes. Then your backgrounds never get old.

I just tried out Fluxspace...not bad, but it's really slow when switching desktops. I use the scroll wheel to switch desktops and if you scroll though the 4 desktops 3 times really quick...it will pause display each background for every time you scrolled through it

But that is neat having a seperate background for each desktop
