UT2004 Network Problem

I cannot lan up with my brother in UT2004. I have Fedora Core 2 and he has SuSE 9.0. What could be the problem.

Don't know...I've never seen your network ;)

Can you ping each other ok?
Also, try the latest patch 3236-1 as it address some minor issues

Also check the log file in ~/.ut2004/System/UT2004.log

By "I can't LAN with him" do you mean one of you sets up a server the other can't see it or you can't connect to each others servers even by specifying ip?

The last part that you said we can't connect even if we specify the ip address.
