I really hated the slowness of the unc sourceforge server. If you're on broadband and want to enjoy high speed Dropline updates, just edit /root/.dropline/download_mirror and change the URL to:
http://heanet.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/dropline-gnome/
or any other sourceforge mirror of your choice.
unc was terribly slow for me.. 30-40KB/sec. Now I'm enjoying 200KB+/sec.
