For some reason, I was never able to active my account using a certain email address. So I tried another, and I use that one.

And every time I go to my profile and try to change emails, I never ever get the verification e-mail.. but there's nothing wrong that account, I get emails there all the time. So I change back to my main email account, and I get the verification email just fine. What's going on?

What mail clent are you using and what is your definition of "verification email "?

When you change email addresses for the forum, the forum software sends out a verification email.. it contains a link you have eto click to activate your account. I never get that email.

I'm checking my mail via t-mobile.com (POP mail), which just reads everything on my mail sever (no filtering of any kind).

Some of my mail, from here, especially PM's get forwarded to my Bulk mail folder on Yahoo, so I never see them downloaded unless I go online at Yahoo....is it possible there's a spam filter on your ISP mailserver?
