graphical who? list available X sessions (KDE)

I use Ctrl-Alt-F7(+) to switch between X sessions but is there a way to give me a nice list (other than who) to select from?

What do you mean? List out the available X window managers or just what window managers you have or you have running?

I mean a list of the X sessions currently running, hopefully with the option to select one to switch to.......
