Using "Run Command" and "Lock Workstation" on the IceWM menu

Hey

Anyone knows the commands (ie the actual syntax) which invoke the "Run Command" and "Lock Workstation" dialogue boxes in KDE 3.2.2 and GNOME 2.6? I often use IceWM and would like to include these two tools on the Ice menu.

If you like to lock it with the screensaver...

xscreensaver-command -lock

That's if you have xcreensaver running
xscreensaver-demo will bring up the configuration and offer to start the daemon, then xscreensaver-command -lock will work

Thanks to you both for the responses. I am not on my home system at the moment so I can't try out those suggested commands yet.
