Hi,
I think I asked this question yesterday, but my post went MIA for some reason.

Does any one have the MD5 checksums for the Suse 9 iso's :
Suse-Linux-9.0-Professional-x86-Cd-1-Of-5.iso
Suse-Linux-9.0-Professional-x86-Cd-2-Of-5.iso etc?

thanks in advance
Ludwig

Maybe the post went MIA because this is not a valid/good question.

SUSE does not release their full ISOs to the public. They offer an install CD for an FTP install and a LiveCD of their latest version..but they do not offer the full installation ISOs.

Meaning, you downloaded SUSE 9 from an illegitimate source that did not provide the MD5 checksums (SUSE doesn't list these because they only offer these disks if you have purchased the product and would of given the MD5's in that case)

If you install these ISOs, do so at your own risk...who knows what has been done to them...

So if you have a full set of SUSE 9 install CDs...you should have the box and manuals that came with them

ok, so there are no MD5 checksums for these iso's.

Thanks for the info
