I've been running through everything i can think of and i can't get it working. I run the cd check and it says its fine, i've checked the md5sum and its all good, but as anaconda starts up i get an error message saying no module called booty then it all starts terminating. Whats going on? help appreciated lads:D

Perhaps a little bit about your hardware may help us to help you.

See if any of the boot options help. (look in the sticky thread at the top of this forum for the Additional Boot Option link)

Did you try any of those boot/install options I suggested above? Try

ide=nodma

first and then noapic and noacpi.

Does the version of Redhat you are installing support 'pata'?
