LILO Boot issue

:confused: Hi, NUBIE. Have bought a Mandrake distro , 9.2 , and installed it on a machine with a new SATA drive. Running well. I also have a SATA drive with XP that I need to run on the same machine. Both drives will be on the machine and I need a way to set up LIFO to give me a dual boot system. Bootloader is on the Linux drive in first sector of MBR. Thanks . HELP

So, you actually have installed the boot loader or this is where you want to do it?

And I am not sure how well SATA works with a 9.2 version of mandrake. You may wanna try getting the 10.0 version (I think you can only get it by download right now), or maybe try installing to a PATA drive (if your mobo has it). These are more work-arounds then actual fixes I guess, but just trying to offer what little help I can.
