I know this an installation forum, however, i have a question on how to uninstall linux.

I have 2 hard drives. My primary, which has one partition, is running windows XP. The second one, which also has one partition, is running Redhat 9.0.
I'd like to uninstall linux on the second hard drive. If i just unplug the linux hard drive and have just the windows one running, when it goes to boot the hard drive, I get "GRUB disk error." If anyone can help me, PLEASE HELP! A you can tell from my outrageously high post count, i'm very new to linux, but I'm not new to hardware.

Thanks alot.

boot to your xp install disk and go into the recovery console
run fixmbr
that will fix your master boot record so you can boot to windows again

Remove the Red Hat partition/s and then do the FIXMBR with the winxp disc.
