if you know anything about fish not goldfish but real tropical freshwater fish you can breed them (they do the hard part) then sell the babys, but it requires you find a ruffly expensive pair and also requires your care in removing either parrents or babies but take a look at this thread it has people listing thier jobs
what do you do (http://justlinux.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=122764)

I think the first ideas are more for me. I usually end up killing or maiming any animal I touch somehow. I've speculated about drop off repair with my friends and have thought of doing it multiple times but the idea just fades away or we can't find anyone who needs a repair. Would anyone know of a good way of advertising (not spaming). I think ill make some flyers and tack it up arround campus. Thanks Gehidore!

First off, you might want to warn your girlfriend about that first part. (too perfect of a setup to let it slide! ;) )
As for the advertising, I would suggest that you go and talk to your schools student services department, because they may be able to either post your position, or maybe even to allow you to become a tutor for some of the tech classes that you have. Heck, they may even be able to find you a pt job on campus (tech related or no).

I'd suggest brushing up on PHP/MySQL and doing some odd jobs with hit for cash... of course, i never did get any online jobs that paid through, always real world jobs

I would post some notices around campus offering to setup, repair, install, update, etc software, hardware, web stuff on windows, linux, macs (you can always reference mac forums if you don't know it that well) and on hardware. Maybe put classified ads in the shopper weeklies, Iwanta-type weeklies, wherever you can put free ads. Have a voicemail, answering machine set up. It'll start slow but as word of mouth gets around it will pick up steam. Heck even if you run into something you can't figure out, do like the big consulting firms do- subcontract.

A lot of colleges hire students for part time work... in fact, the CC I work at requires us to try to hire a student first, then look outside the college if we have to.
