Apparently all GPL software is going to be forced to include this image inside the top level main directory < http://www.mccullagh.org/image/d30-23/richard-stallman.html >. This will be the case "even for the Linux kernel" modules. This will be instituted until all software patents are null.

If this image is not placed in every GPL program than every man, woman, and child (over the age of 11) will be sued for damages. The money will be sent to the DMCA and the SCO in a massive attempt at reverse psychology, according to the FSF.

Is this some pathetic attempt at humor?

Yeah this part's really funny:
The money will be sent to the DMCA and the SCO in a massive attempt at reverse psychology, according to the FSF.
Obviously Citadel doesn't seem to understand some very simple things.
The SCO -- unfortunately the Santa Cruz Operation is no more. It's Tarentella now. Don't confuse the SCOs now. One is an acronym (S.C.O.) the other is just there to cause confusion (The SCO (pronounced skoh) Group).
sent to the DMCA -- Since when did the Digital Millenium Copyright Act become an organisation?
Now this would have been somewhat funny if Citadel had bothered to create a fake revised GNU GPL. Instead he just links to a pic with no back up information (real or fake) to support his rambling.
On a scale of 1 to 10 I give this a negative 6.

BTW El_Cu_Guy, that whitepaper link you have in your sig is one of the best I have read in a LONG time.

RMS said that he will break into the patents office and he will 'eat the patents' and the people will not have to worry about them anymore.
