Some issues with KDE 3.2 (Fedora Core 1)

I am running KDE 3.2 on Fedora Core 1. I do have some issues I need to resolve.

1. Apps launch minimized in taskbar

2. When copying and pasting ......entry is the second to last copy. In order to copy current selected text it is necessary for me to select it manually from the clipboard.

any thoughts?

Since 3.2 was just released a week or so ago, have you tried KDE's support site? Look through their bugzilla forums for a solution if the problem has been reported already or post a new bug report if not.
