What flavor are you using? I had lRH printing to a Lexmark S1855 over IP with no problem using the driver included.

i knew that but i want to know if there is a chance that i could get it to work with lin?

...would a share over win to lin network work with the print and scan?

I had a lexmark X73 that I used for a while on Mandrake 9.1. It recognized it as a scanner but the scanner part wouldn't work , only the printer.

its recognized as an all in one lexmark x85 but when i try to add new printer or print to generic color printer it does nothing. what printer profile did you use for your x73?
