Firewall machine question

I'm planning on setting up a dedicated firewall machine with no Xwindows and no servers.
All I have for it is a PII 366 MHz.
Will that be enough? will it degrade my cable connection. It would be for a LAN with 2 connected computers.

It'll be plenty assuming you have the needed nics.

Yeah I have two. One to connect to the swtch and one for the connection.
