RealNetworks Helix Server Issues

Has anyone been able to get this thing to work? When I try to start the server (Helix Server Basic) it says it's not licensed for broadcast. Per RealNetworks the basic version is licensed for 1Mbs bandwidth. I'm really stuck here.

I do not remember ever seeing any thread here posted on Helix Server. Have you tried their support site, knowledgebase or forums (if they have)?

Anything in the configuration to specify the 1 Mbs limit?

Perhaps RealNetworks could help you since they'll be hoping you would eventually upgrade to their licensed version.

Anyone one else here have any experience with Helix Server?
