In fact, I've been assembling a few PCs lately from scavenged parts - I install Madrake first to get all of the hardware information, then I install whatever other distro I want to try out. It's worked out really well so far. -Waylena WayStar 01-18-2004, 02:24 PM Additional question: Was the network card recognized under RH7.2? Just curious, is all. I suggest keeping a little notebook for each computer you have, with the hardware listed for each, and what drivers are used. It can help later on when you're trying to install something a bit more *****ious, like Debian or Gentoo. -Waylena justlinux.com
