cannot boot linux

good day,
I install rat hat 8 on my slave hard drive. I have bios set to boot from floppy first. Here's my problem, I start my computer and it says:

syslinux 1.75 2002-06-14 copyright (c) 1994-2002 H. Peter Anvin
Could not find kernel image: linux
Boot:

I have tryed to boot from the system floppy, no luck.
I put lilo on the computer.

How do you setup a dual boot screen.

If you installed Linux on the slave drive (hdb) and you want to be able to dual boot from the HD, you will need to install Lilo in the mbr of the master drive.

Where did you install Lilo?
