KDE Sound Server Error

1. Everytime I boot up KDE gives an error message about the Sound Server stating that the CPU is overloaded, which is not true since the CPU temp is only 37 according to gkrellm2.

The machine in which this occurs is running on:

Abit NF7 nForce2 based motherboard
AMD AthlonXP 2400+
512MB of PC2700 DDR Ram
Creative Sound Blaster LIVE! Value
GeForce 4 Ti4400
120GB Western Digital with 8MB of Cache HDD
80GB Western Digital HDD
Davicom NIC
Gentoo Linux running on 2.6.1-rc1-love2 kernel

Gentoo is installed from Stage1 as always.

Gargh, now it's starts an annoying repeating sound when it gives off that error. I'll try my on-board sound to see if it goes away.

EDIT: Hrmmm, the problem does not occur when I use my on-board audio. Hmmm, maybe a hardware issue and not as software issue.
