Suse site

Anyone know why the suse site is down?

seems that 195.135.220.3 is down.

Looks to me like the server has been hacked (although I'm not a network guru) cause if you try to connect to 195.135.220.11, you get an error for a bad certificate. Could it be that the wm made a fatal mistake? Or is the server being dos'ed? Or is it just a freak thing???

The security certificate is not bad, it's just linked to the dns name of portal.suse.com, not the ip address.

It looks like the site just went down for maitanace or whatever... Or a router nearby died...

hehehe...yep, site is back up today. Now if they would just get the Yast updates servers back on line........:rolleyes: :)
