Hello. I'm new here, but came up with nothing after googling for an hour and a half. I was wondering if there's any way to switch the monitor that can actually play video in a dual monitor setup. I often have a DVD playing, and I usually go fullscreen. I would rather it be on monitor 2 instead of 1, as I use monitor 1 more often. When I move it to monitor 2 it just goes blue, but I still get sound. I know it can be done in windows, but that only makes me wonder if it should even be done in Linux :P
Any help is appreciated much.

What type of video cards are you using for this? If you are using different cards you'll need to verify the settings for both cards being used to be optimized.
And yes, you should be able to get video playing on both. It's just a matter of making sure your cards are set right. I don't have my XF86Config with me to help with you on this, but if you get me that info, i should be able to help you get it up and running pretty easily.

Yeah, silly me, thought I added the info. I'm using one card, a Matrox Millenium G550 DualHead. Both monitors are CRT, one with a DVI-to-VGA connector. Running MDK 9.2 also, just for the record. I think that's all the info, unless you need my XF86Config, and if so, I'll post it. I looked through the config, but couldn't spot anything (I'm not exactly an expert). Thank you though, hope to get it working.
