libranet or xandros?? opinions anyone

I'm looking to switch distros. I'm currently running red hat 8.0 and don't really want bleeding edge FC1. Have visited both sites for xandros and libranet, both look good but not sure which way to go. I am nt a developer or administrator or gamer. Just want something that is not windows, easy to upgrade. Any takers??

I would vote for libranet, since there is a free version for download (hint,hint) and it is fully upgradable from the official debian repositories (is xandros?), I just don't see the point of paying for xandros.

yes i would agree but, my best connection is 50K. it would take days to download. I will have to buy the CDs.

thanx for the info, I've been considering which to go to, I would go for debian except for the very adventerous installation, I downloaded the classic edition of libranet, I'll let you know how it goes!
