Running redhat fedora core 1.0 on another hard drive. I know that I can mount ext2 file system, but is there a way or a program that will allow me to mount a reiserfs file system from withn FreeBSD?

Then do some BSD kernel hacking so that the BSD kernel can read/write reiserfs........ Just kidding, from the looks of things there isn't a port of reiserfs for BSD. I don't know if there is a port of ext3 or not, but if there is and you dual boot, you might want to look into it. In a worst case scenario you can make a ext2 partition and use that to share files and stuff. algerardi 12-18-2003, 12:02 AM Yes I thought of that.......and will probably do that so I can mount files linux......just hoping for the reiserfs port to allow bsd to mount that file system....
