I used Partition Magic, made a place, and installed College Linux. Well Linux is running fine, but I can't boot to XP. When I probe in LILO I get NT, and when I try to boot under the NT option, it just stops. I was wondering if anyone knew how I could get this working.

Do you want XP to work or not?

If not, I recommend fdisk to set up some more drive space.

If you do, you can either search through the hundreds of dual-booting threads on this site, or post us you drive configuration and the contents of the lilo.conf or grub.conf files.

do what he said, but if u NEED (god forbid) to get XP up and running pop in ur XP cd, boot to it, select recovery console, takes a good 5 min to scan ur comp first. once in the console type in:

fix mbr
exit

then it will reboot, take out ur cd and then it will boot to xp. then u would need to reinstall lilo. again this should be only if u NEED xp right away
