I've got a wireless network at home, using an XP desktop as the main computer, a toshiba laptop with XP and a linksys card.

What I want to do now is hook up my old desktop with Caldera OpenLinux 2.2 on it. I'd love to use it also as a server and set up my own blog and other stuff on it. What do I need to do? How do I find what hardware I need?

I'm not a complete newbie with Linux, but I have no idea here. Help!

I didn't really get the jist of your message - do you have an ap or are you using windows internet connection wizards?
You also need to define which wlan card is in the Linux box.
