What does this mean when it is next to my thread?
http://justlinux.com/forum/images/dot_folder.gif

Someone sent me a private saying my thread was locked.

Thanks/Jason

"Closed thread". Thank goodness for cut n paste.

You must have posted something that the mods/admin didn't like. I couldn't find the post. Sometimes that search thing sucks. It wouldn't even find this one.

Beats me.

I believe someone changed this post. The subject is different. As far as the other post, I deleted it. It did me no good if nobody could respond. You must have posted something that the mods/admin didn't like. The post I deleted was just a post asking about snort IDS. As soon as I post my thread that little icon shows up next to the post. Well anyhow. Thank you for your response. I'll have to repost it and see if it works.

thanks/Jason

the folder with the dot in it is to tell you what threads you have posted in.
