xfce4 & SuSE

I'm trying to use Yast/online/update to get and install xfce4 from here (http://www.fh-landshut.de/~bwalle/xfce-4.0.0/).

Can some one please help me....

Running SuSE9.0 on a Presario2175 laptop

I'm not understanding how to set it up, what goes were?
Protocol info - HTTP
Server info?
Directory info?

This is nothing like apt.
