can someone please tell me which wireless cards are compatable (and work well) with Red Hat 9 on a Latitude (CPx-J) notebook?

I've been researching this, but I keep getting conflicting reports. Some people say Netgear works great, but others say it's crap and their customer service is non-existent. usually LinkSys is given good reviews, but I've also read some bad ones on them too.

I've been to several computer stores, but it seems every damn computer store worker in my microsoft-town (Seattle) is either ignorant of, or hostile to, all things Linux.

any help will be greatly appreciated.

You actually are in a pretty good place for linux wireless questions. They cover all OS's so double check the hardware chart for linux drivers. They probably know where to get the hardware in your area.

its a crapshoot i guess. its only $36 after rebate, so i wont be too far out.
