Driver for 5-Button Mice?

I love my M$ 5-Button Optical Wheel Mouse!

I have been away from the computer/linux life now for a couple of months; spending a lot of time outdoors. ;)

I remember that there was a driver for my 5B mouse but don't remember what it was...or what tweaking it took.

Can someone refresh my mem abt this?
