Download an Icon theme from art.gnome.org

http://art.gnome.org/themes/icon/327.php

that one to be exact

the file is

ICON-Snow-Apple.tar.gz

I am using Redhat 9 with Gnome desktop. I went into themes, Icons, and tried to install it but nothing happened...any ideas???
