Print and File Server install steps

I am trying to configure a linux print/file server for a network with Windows NT and 2000 environment.

I have Redhat v.9 installed.
Trying to configure samba ...
My windows network cannot see the linux server yet, whatelse do I need to do ...?

Actually, what I meant was ...
I installed RH v9 in server mode. And now, I want to configure it as a print and file server. So, what do I do now ....
