Will it be long before developers decide to port all the games to linux as well as windows?

Expecially considering Epic Games just signed a publishing deal with Microsoft (http://www.gamers.com/news/1465917)

On the subject of developing games for linux, does anybody know a few good resources (websites and/or books) for linux game programming. I'm very interested in *trying* to develop a linux game. I've been working a game for windoze for quite some time, but I recently gave up on that for good when microcrap decided I shouldn't be able to use my computer anymore(long story short, xp licensing is gay). Thx for any help.

Programming Linux Games, published by No Starch Press, written by John Hall with help from others at Loki Games.

I think I remember seeing it somewhere online, but you'd have to search this forum to find the link because I don't remember where it is. It may be out of print now (since Loki went bankrupt... that's what you get when the CEO guy uses the profits to buy TVs rather than pay the employees...), so you may not be able to find it at all...
