fisrt I enter this command export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/games/halflife/hlds_l:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH I found in one manual (http://www.geforce.nl/cs.html)
(this is my path to the Counter-Strike Server) and than:
./hlds_run -debug -game cstrike +ip 10.0.0.10 +port 27015 -nomaster +sv_lan 1 +maxplayers 16 +map de_dust exec server.cfg

everything goes fine >>> (http://sozopol.org/coldy/01.txt)

Well there is obviously a file missing. I would find out what that modules if for, and if it could be installed seperately. If not maybe it's best to re-install whole half-life/cs. Frankly, I really dont know :)

The problem belong of RAM memory. I changed it and now everything is runnig fine, but the error of Counter-Strike Server is still there.
