I searched there last night... Didn't find them. I believe this is a gnome desktop. I checked art.gnome.org, but I got too tired to keep looking. It was getting late.

google -> google cache -> seeing "think-linux by bandar" -> searching for that -> seeing a screenie with a description -> seeing a link to background.

Yes this is a gnome desktop, but that doesn't matter, it can be from kde-look. I personally never saw it. You should search google for 'edon-tux' and 'edon', in the hope to find his contact info. You could also mail the Gentoo guys to ask if they can help you...
