I have a dual boot computer with 2 hard drives, one of my hard drives is 80 gigs and has linux RH 9.0 installed, i wish to install slackware 9.0 on this HD, will the slackware instalation be able to split this drive easly?

So, the Red Hat partition is 80gb?

Then you will need to find some tool to resize partitions.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend you what to use... I'm sure someone will.

Parted (http://www.gnu.org/software/parted/) is quite good for resizing partitions.
