I am running Red Hat 9 on an Athlon XP 2400 with 768mb DDRAM and a GF3 Ti500.
I cant really remember exaclty what I did, but I was trying to install nvidia drivers and was ctrl-alt-backspacing my way out of X (While logged into KDE, which in retrospect seems like a bad idea)
Anyway, now when I boot into KDE al the text (even the KDE loading screen) is just little boxes like this:
□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□
Everything else seems ok. Its like this regardless of what user I log in as or kernel version (and I never did get those drivers installed)
